The SkyGii Truck Pickup Canopy Tent keeps your truck bed covered and usable, then opens into a hard-shell tent above it. Because the tent sits on the outside of the canopy and reaches forward over the cab, the sleeping area is substantially larger than a hidden-style canopy tent. You climb up from the truck bed through a floor hatch and you are in bed.

Setup and use
Three people are needed to lift the canopy onto the truck bed; at a workshop with a forklift or lifting gear, one person can manage it. Allow one to two hours for one or two people to position and bolt it down. Fits pickup trucks.

Pickup Canopy Tent Specific
Will the canopy tent damage my truck bed?
No. The tent uses non-abrasive mounting brackets with rubber padding to prevent scratches. Installation requires no drilling, so it won’t affect your truck’s original structure.
Can I still use my truck bed for storage when the canopy tent is installed?
Yes! Our pickup canopy tents have a foldable structure. When not camping, fold the tent to the front/rear of the truck bed to leave most space for cargo storage.
How many people can fit in a SkyGii pickup canopy tent?
SkyCan Pro: Fits 2–3 adults comfortably.
SkyShield Lite: Ideal for 1–2 people.
General Questions
Why there is water inside when camping in cold weather or after rain? Is it leaking?
Condensation can form inside the tent when both the outside and inside temperatures are above 5 degrees Celsius.
This commonly occurs during cold or rainy weather.
Since the rainwater temperature is lower than the air inside the tent, condensation is likely to occur.
What types of vehicles are SkyGii tents compatible with?
Pickup canopy tents: fit most full-size and mid-size pickup trucks (e.g., Ford F-150, Toyota Tacoma, Chevrolet Silverado). If your pickup model is not in our list, don't worry, we can customize for 1pc only.
Roof top tents: work with any vehicle with sturdy cross bars (load capacity ≥ 160 lbs), if you don't have cross bars, just buy one pair. You can also let us know your vehicle model number to see if we have the one for you or not.
Car side awnings: fit all SUVs, pickup trucks and vans with roof rails or awning mounting brackets.
Do I need professional tools to install the tent?
No! All SkyGii products feature tool-free installation.
Most pickup canopy tents take 15–20 minutes to set up alone, but you need to lift it to the truck bed firstly.
roof top tents take 25–30 minutes usually.

Is assembly required for the tent?
Minimal assembly is needed. The main frame comes pre-assembled—you only need to attach small parts (mounting brackets, poles). No special skills are required.
Can I use SkyGii tents in all weather conditions?
Yes. Our tents are made of heavy-duty Oxford fabric with PU 3000mm waterproof coating and UV-resistant treatment. They withstand light to moderate rain, wind (≤ 35 mph) and sunny days. For extreme weather (heavy storms, snowstorms), store the tent indoors or use a protective cover.
How do I clean and maintain my tent?
1.Clean fabric with mild soap and cold water, then air dry completely before storage (do not machine wash/bleach).
2. Wipe metal parts with a dry cloth to prevent rust.
3. Store in a cool, dry place—avoid long-term exposure to direct sunlight or humidity.
4. If you mount it on the car, but not use, check it after rain, there might be condensation inside.
Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched from our factory within 5 business days, then shipped by sea freight with local delivery to your door. Because our products are large, they travel by truck rather than by small-parcel courier, so transit takes longer than usual. Please allow:
To USA: 30–40 days after dispatch
To Australia: 30–40 days after dispatch (western Australia may take longer)
To Europe: 50–60 days after dispatch

Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
For orders shipped to the USA, the European Union, and Australia, the price you pay includes all applicable taxes and duties — there are no additional fees on delivery. For any other destination, please contact us before ordering and we will confirm the charges.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Contact us through the contact form with your order number first — we will send you a Return Form and the return address. Return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange. We cover return shipping for quality issues; for non-quality returns the customer covers return shipping. For large items such as pickup canopy tents and hard shell rooftop tents, we arrange replacement parts or a local repair first, because shipping a complete unit back is rarely practical. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — all SkyGii products come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use, starting from the date of delivery. Contact us for free replacement parts, repair, or replacement within the warranty period. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accident damage, misuse, or improper installation.

Can I get a replacement part if my tent is damaged?
Yes. We provide replacement parts (poles, zippers, mounting brackets) for all products. Contact support with your order number and a photo of the damaged part—we send free replacements within the warranty period, or low-cost parts out of warranty.
